Information Technology

Information Technology (IT) Services ensures that all other City Departments have the technical tools, equipment and access to the most up-to-date information that is needed to perform the work by the most efficient means possible.

There are four primary areas of IT Services:
  • Database, Electronic Document Management and Website Maintenance - Develop and maintain City databases, the City's website and Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
  • Computer Support - Ensuring that each City employee has the computer hardware, software and networking services required to perform their required work.
  • Computer Network - Ensure all City Departments and employees have the ability to easily communicate and share information on a secure and reliable high speed network systems.
  • Geographic Information Systems (GIS) - Manage City mapping systems.
